Coaches Cursussen

Het keuzemenu van de KNCB coaching cursussen is als volgt:

Cursus Voor wie Duur Kosten
Introduction to cricket Nieuwe betrokkenen die graag ‘iets’ willen beteken bij hun club 2-3 uur €75,- voor hele groep
Cricket Activator’s Course Jongeren (15 t/m 18) die bij hun club als vrijwilliger aan de slag willen gaan 3 uur €75,- voor hele groep
KNCB Level 1 De beginnende coach die bij de clubtraining assisteert 2 x 3 uur €35,- per persoon
Coaching Children Certificate
(Level 2)
De jeugdcoach die de leiding heeft van de clubtraining 7 x 3 uur en eind-assessment €335,- per persoon
+€85,- EHBO cursus

Clubs kunnen hun interesse voor een van deze cursussen kenbaar maken bij subir.shrestha@kncb.nl. Met de club zal dan gekeken worden naar een geschikte datum voor de cursus.

De Level 2 cursus blijft centraal georganiseerd, vanwege het intensieve programma en de benodigde faciliteiten.

  

Introduction to Cricket
The first step on the formal coaching pathway is the Introduction to Cricket Course.The course will provide participants with a basic understanding of the game of cricket and a basic education in three important components of the game

Coaching, Umpiring, Scoring:
The skills and resources to conduct / assist a cricket session with children. It is envisaged that this session will predominantly include game based activities, but also some coaching components.

Those attending this course and then being deployed in a Club must coach under the supervision of a qualified coach.

Target Market:
Current players and cricket interested people with little or no coaching, umpiring or scoring experience; teachers, students, parents and youth workers with little or no understanding of cricket.

Assessment/Attendee Requirements:
There is no official assessment to be completed during this course. Participants however are required to attend all components of the course in order to receive a certificate of participation.

Accreditation:
This course does not have an official accreditation; however attendees will receive a certificate of participation at the completion of the course.

Maximum 3 hours

KNCB Level 1
This course is designed to help to develop your confidence and equip you with the knowledge, understanding and applied skills to assist a qualified coach in a coaching session and create a safe, enjoyable and welcoming player-centred environment.

Who should attend?
Individuals, aged 16 or over who wish to assist qualified coaches in the delivery of high quality practical cricket coaching sessions within a club environment.

Commitment
2 x 3 Hour modules and VOG-certificate.

ECB Certificate in Coaching Children’s Cricket
Who Should Attend?
Coaches who are going to coach children from 6 to 13 years of age. They may be new coaches, existing UKCC1/ECB L1 or KNCB L1 coach.

Commitment
– Coaches will be required to attend 8 x 3 Hour Modules
– Complete ‘off-course’ home-study ‘online E-modules’ tasks in between modules: 7 x 1.5 hour
– Six sessions of supported practice, usually in your own Club Coaching environment
– Attend 3 hour First Aid course
– Prepare and attend final assessment

The 8 modules are:

Module 2                   Your ‘coaches kitbag’
Module 3                   Developing skills with fixed practices
Module 4                   More about your player’s learning

Applied coaching

Module 5                   Developing skills with variable practices
Module 6                   Cricket Game based learning
Module 7                   Integrated practices and planning
Module 8                   Applied coaching: reflection and action planning

Pre-requisites for Certification
Emergency First-Aid Certificate, Safeguarding & Protecting Children & VOG certificate, aged 17 years at least to begin the course and 18 years at assessment.

NOC*NSF
De Academie voor Sportkader (ASK) maakt onderdeel uit van de unit Sportontwikkeling bij NOC*NSF en is in 2006 voor en door sportbonden opgericht. Door de professionalisering van sport ontstond er een grotere behoefte aan beter en meer opgeleid sporttechnisch, bestuurlijk en arbitraal kader.
Binnen de ASK trekken NOC*NSF en de bonden gezamenlijk bij de verdere structurering en inrichting van de vernieuwde competentiegerichte opleidingen, waardoor deze processen effectiever en efficiënter kunnen verlopen.
De ontwikkelagenda bevat de gezamenlijke activiteiten van bonden om kwaliteit en/of kwantiteit van sporttechnisch, arbitrerend en bestuurlijk kader te vergroten. Deze door de sportbonden jaarlijks vastgestelde agenda vormt de basis voor de activiteiten van de ASK.
