VVV (Veni Vidi Vici)

The Amsterdamse Cricket Club & Hockey Club VVV (Veni Vidi Vici) is a cricket - and hockey club from Amsterdam with playgrounds in Amstelveen and Oostzanerwerf Amsterdam North.

AC&HC VVV was founded on June 1st, 1902. Back then it was a Cricket and Football club under the name of AC & FC VVV. In 1909 however, the Football department ceased to exist yet Cricket remained. Not much later Hockey was incorporated into the club and AC&HC VVV was born.

The cricket department consists of now four teams playing in different leagues with a greatly increasing youth. It has a multi-cultural set of members, consisting of all ages.

The emphasis lies not only on playing competitive cricket but also welcoming new members as equals and part of a cricket family.
