The Hague Football and Cricket Association Quick was founded in 1896. Initially, the ‘Roosters’ only played football, but from 1927 onwards they also played cricket. And with success. Quick became national champions five times, most recently in 2014. They also claimed the very first Twenty20 championship. The ladies even became national champions six times and won four Twenty20 titles. Seasoned internationals such as Paul-Jan Bakker, Edgar Schiferli, Pieter Marseille, and Helmien Rambaldo were born at Nieuw Hanenburg. Like their neighbor HBS, Quick combines high-level football (Third Division Sunday) and cricket (Topklasse). The youth department is one of the largest, if not the largest, in the Netherlands. For the past two years, Quick finished first on the KNCB Club Score Card. You can find more information at quick.nl
