Shane Deitz about the upcoming tournament
"The tournament we are heading to looks fantastic and brilliantly organized. It's a great opportunity for the team to take on most of Europe in this groundbreaking event.
We have a great blend of youth and experience. Sebastian Braat and Vivian Kingma as leaders will bring a lot to the team and show the way for the younger guys coming through. It's a quality team with a lot of talent and personality, I'm looking forward to watching the boys perform their skills. The tournament is broadcast globally and we want to show the world the quality of depth in the Netherlands.
For us, it's an opportunity to perform in Orange and push your name forward for the first team in the future. Every time you represent your country it comes with great pride and responsibility. As a team, we want to perform well and represent cricket in the Netherlands with distinction. We, like others, are going out to win it and will be trying our best to do it. There is a lot to play for individually and collectively, and we are excited about the upcoming week."
