Punjab are national champions in Topklasse, beat Voorburg CC in final

Punjab wins the final against Voorburg CC by 55 runs, who had qualified for this final on Saturday by beating VRA. It is the first national title for Punjab, in their thirtieth year. Zomercomplex Rotterdam to host final day
Cricket enthusiasts can indulge themselves in Rotterdam next Sunday 5 September, because from 11:00 the final of the Dutch Topklasse between Punjab and VCC/VRA will start!
A grand festival atmosphere will be created by the hosts at Punjab Cricket Club, which will delight young and old alike. In addition to the live music and catering, there will be a large bouncy castle for children and it all together, it's a great chance to watch live one-day cricket after a long time without.

Punjab Rotterdam
Punjab, the hosts and home side in the final, qualified last weekend by beating Voorburg, the number three in the competition, in a direct duel. Voorburg therefore has to play a second semi-final, where Punjab has an extra day of rest.
Will this be an advantage, or will the Punjab opponent be able to maintain their rhythm from Saturday to Sunday? Come see it live!
Voorburg CC The Hague
Voorburg CC will host VRA in semi-final 3 on Saturday, after which the winner of that match will immediately play the final the following day. In the competition, the The Hague side finished second, with 11 victories.
Will they add two more victories to this total and can they call themselves national champions afterwards? From Sunday, 11 am the battle will break loose and you can be there to watch it unfold!
VRA Amstelveen
VRA will play their first semi-final next Saturday and will visit Voorburg in The Hague. They finish third in the league and had a rest last week. The visitors almost played to the full 100 overs last week and will have to make the trip to Amstelveen in the morning.
Can VRA take advantage of the extra rest? Will they take part on Sunday to compete with Punjab for the league title?
