On January 17th last, the Board received a request on behalf of (at least) ten clubs to hold an (extraordinary) General Meeting and has decided to grant this request. According to the statutes, the meeting must be held within four weeks of the request. We hereby invite you to a General Meeting on February 10th at 10:00 AM in Amstelveen (VRA clubhouse).
The agenda is as follows:

The documents for the meeting will be published via this link no later than this coming Friday, February 2. It is not possible to participate in the general meeting via electronic means of communication.
